TWSPL's Bulk Bag Discharger offers fast, secure, and dust-free handling for emptying jumbo bags efficiently and safely.
The big bag is attached to a hoist, allowing it to be lifted and positioned precisely over the vibrating bottom. This vibrating bottom is suspended within a heavy-duty steel frame using spiral springs, ensuring smooth and controlled operation.
A side-mounted imbalance unit drives the vibration, promoting consistent and reliable product flow throughout the discharge process.
The discharge funnel, integrated with the vibrating bottom, features a large access hatch that makes it easy to untie the big bag's outlet spout. Since the big bag fully covers the funnel, the system remains completely enclosed during discharge, ensuring a dust-proof operation.
A flange connection on the funnel allows for the attachment of a de-dusting unit, providing air compensation during the discharge process for enhanced dust control.
Constructed from fully welded, closed box profiles, the heavy steel frame delivers exceptional strength and durability. Inside the funnel, just below the access hatch, a detachable screening grid intercepts any lumps, ensuring smooth material flow. This grid can be removed easily when maintenance or cleaning is required.
