Stretch Wrapping

Stretch Wrapping is one the easiest and most economical ways to secure a load on a pallet for shipment that stretches the film around it. System can save labor cost, enhance productivity gains, better pallet load containment and improve worker safety. It wraps the individual packed units into larger unit loads. It protects the pallet from moisture and dust, also reducing theft and tempering.

The wrap delivery system generally begins at the bottom of the load and wraps up to the top and back to the bottom.

Features

The machine can be equipped onto Fully Automated Bagging or Semi-Automated Bagging line to complete film wrapping after palletizing the bags.

It adopts control with function with positioning, height adjustment and reset of turntable.

Film feeding, Auto cutting, alarm function and emergency stop are additional features if required.
